Terms of service

Terms of service

The agreement between you and Atlas for using the service.

01

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atlas Meeting (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”), available at atlasmeeting.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Atlas on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

02

The service

Atlas is an AI assistant that joins video meetings to take notes, render visuals, and produce summaries and recaps. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

03

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Atlas.

Where you connect a Google account, your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms, and our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

04

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Atlas to record or transcribe a meeting without the consent required by law in your jurisdiction.
  • Violate the rights of others or any applicable law, including wiretapping and privacy laws.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from meeting participants before Atlas joins or processes a meeting.

05

Third-party services

Atlas integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar and Meet), and relies on subprocessors such as AWS, Anthropic, Clerk, and Vercel. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

06

Intellectual property and your content

Atlas and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. You retain all rights to your meeting content and the outputs Atlas generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

07

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Atlas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and artifacts may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole record of a meeting or as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

08

Termination

You may stop using Atlas and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

09

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date below reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms — email trust@atlasmeeting.com.
